Andre Leite originally came to Washington, D.C. 27 years ago as the son of Brazilian diplomats and fell in love with the local history, culture, and architecture. After graduating in Brazil with a degree in International Affairs and Economics at the University of Univali, he returned to Washington to complete the Harvard Manage Mentor Program.

Over the past eighteen years, Andre has gained experience in finance, commodity business, commercial development, commercial real estate, mergers & acquisitions, and agribusiness. He uses his large network to provide resources to clients of D&OT, bringing value to transactions and increasing success. What starts as corporate consultations has led to lifelong partnerships, focusing on the human aspect of business transactions and high financial outcome.

Andre currently resides in Maryland, USA. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. His ultimate goal is to achieve successful transactions every time.
